Complete the cancellation in Profile
- Sign in to the subscribed account.
- Open Profile and the subscription information.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Follow every confirmation step.
- Review the end date and retain the completion notice.
If you cannot find the membership, match the email address to the receipt first. Contact support if the paid account still lacks the expected control.
Check what remains until the end date
Access normally continues through the current paid period. Check the date shown on the account and save your own permitted results before it ends. Media and packs can become blurred after membership expires.
Review the balance rather than assuming unused coins will be restored by a future subscription. See pack access for the difference between a collection unlock and active membership.
Choose a separate process for a payment issue
Cancellation prevents future renewal once completed; it does not approve a refund of an earlier charge. Send a purchase-review request with the relevant receipt if that is the outcome you need.
Keep the account accessible while an unresolved billing issue is being investigated. Permanent deletion removes content and account access, not just the next payment. A character's reply cannot complete either process.
