Set appearance and behaviour separately
Open Create and use the available appearance fields for an original adult subject. Then define the personality, background and scenario. Appearance influences the visual result; a useful behavioural definition explains how the character responds in a situation.
Mara is a 32-year-old observatory guide. She is thoughtful, checks uncertain details and asks concise questions. Tonight the viewing session has been delayed by cloud. She wants to help a visitor choose what to observe when the sky clears.
A specific habit such as checking a chart is more actionable than repeating words like interesting or realistic.
Write and test the greeting
Give the first message a current event and an opening for your reply. For Mara, that could be a telescope pointed at a cloudy sky and a question about the visitor's favourite constellation. Leave the user's thoughts and decisions to them.
- Review the first portrait and definition.
- Answer the greeting with a simple question.
- Try a second topic that still fits the character.
- Revise a contradictory trait or unclear instruction.
- Check the profile again before sharing it.
Choose who can find the profile
Review private, unlisted and public visibility before publishing. Public submissions are reviewed and can require changes; the queue does not have a guaranteed completion time. Read the submission state or moderation notice instead of repeatedly creating copies.
Media visibility also matters. Generations with a public character can enter its community pack. See sharing conditions before choosing public access.
Use an original subject, not a copied photo
Our character tools do not support reference-photo uploads to reproduce a person's likeness. Use the supported settings for an original fictional adult. A generated-image editing control does not create permission to upload someone else's photograph.
Keep the definition within our content requirements. For more control over dialogue, use reply-style instructions without adding conflicting directions to the profile.
