Choose narration or an available call
Open the conversation and inspect its audio controls. Narration reads a response; a supported call involves an ongoing audio exchange. A text profile does not establish that every voice option is available under the same conditions.
Review the voice selection, allowance and charge. Our listed call example is 50 coins per minute, but the selected control is what you should inspect before starting. Audio and coin costs are separate from ordinary text access.
Check where the sound is playing
- Raise the device volume and check whether the tab is muted.
- Inspect the current output: speaker, headphones or a Bluetooth device.
- Try another available audio item to see whether the problem is specific to one response.
- After checking the connection, reload once if necessary.
The voice belongs to a fictional AI experience, not a person answering live through the profile. Use headphones if you do not want the playback audible nearby.
Check input permissions for a call
When you choose a feature that needs a microphone, review both the browser's site permission and the operating system's permission. Also check a headset's physical mute switch and the selected input device.
Do not supply recordings to impersonate someone else. For a recurring failure, send the browser, device, feature, character and exact error to support. A language preference in text does not establish support for every voice.
