Inspect the selected collection
Check the character, preview, media scope and unlock requirement on the selected pack. A pack relates to that collection; it does not mean every character or every media request is unlocked across the service.
Active subscription access is required for packs under our access guidance. A separate unlock and a subscription are different conditions. Read the selection before spending, especially if you are expecting one particular image or media type.
Understand where public-character media can appear
Generations made with a public character can join its community pack without identifying the generating user. That sharing rule concerns media, not another person's private conversation.
Private and unlisted character generations are not exposed through a public-character pack under our privacy summary. Before making media, review profile visibility instead of assuming that starting from a private chat changes the character's publication state.
Keep access and reporting separate
Media may become blurred when subscription access expires. Download your own permitted results while you can access them. An unlock is not a guarantee that a collection or profile will never change.
For an inappropriate public item, use its report control and identify the item and concern. Do not repost it elsewhere to explain the issue. For a paid unlock that did not appear, keep the account and action details for support.
