Account information and browser data are different

Information involved in providing the service

Our Privacy Policy describes account, content, support, payment, device and usage information. Operation, security and legal requirements can involve service vendors, payment providers and other relevant parties. The policy also addresses improvement of the service, including machine-learning uses.

Provide only the fictional context needed for a conversation. Do not enter credentials or identity documents into chat. Our visibility explanation distinguishes private dialogue from public-character media.

Cookies and local preferences

The service uses cookies and related technologies under its policy. This interface also retains browser choices such as saved profiles, language, sidebar state and a dismissed promotion. They are local preferences, not a backup of your account history or paid membership.

Use browser site-data settings to clear those choices. Removing sign-in cookies can log you out. It does not cancel renewal, delete a service account or remove a public character.

Make a specific data request

1. Contact trust@ourdream.ai from the relevant account address.
2. Identify the account or information concerned.
3. State whether you want access, correction, export or deletion.
4. Keep the request and complete any designated verification step.

Do not send a password or full card number. Available rights, retention exceptions and verification depend on the applicable policy and your location.

Check whether you need another account process

To prevent another subscription payment, use cancellation. To permanently remove the account and unused coins, read deletion consequences. Clearing browser storage does neither.

For an unwanted public item, report the item through the content-reporting process. That is different from requesting a copy or correction of your own personal data.
