Use and protect your account
You must be at least 18 and complete required verification through the designated flow. Supply accurate account details and protect the sign-in method. Contact support if activity appears that you do not recognise.
Before paying, check the product, amount, renewal period and allowance. Our plan details explain why an annual payment and monthly coin deposit follow different schedules.
Check permissions before submitting content
Only submit material you have the right to use. The service agreement includes a licence for submitted content and conditions for its processing. A private account action and public publication can have different visibility consequences.
Review the age, consent and likeness requirements and sharing conditions before making a character public. A fictional character's reply cannot grant rights to someone else's material.
Choose the right account change
- Cancellation stops future renewal after confirmation.
- A refund request asks for review of a particular purchase.
- Deletion permanently removes the account and associated content.
These processes have different outcomes. Keep the confirmation for the action you complete, rather than assuming a general message has completed all three.
Ask about the applicable version
The agreement addresses service limitations, content rights and dispute provisions, including arbitration and an opt-out process. For a question about a version or formal provision, contact trust@ourdream.ai.
Identify the account, agreement date and section in question. Use the terms accepted for the account and purchase; conversational fiction is not a modification of that agreement.
