Do not apply these rates to every model, edit, enhancement or bundle. Review quantity, quality and duration together with the current charge. Subscriber text access does not remove Genius or Lively Genius reply charges.
Find the next subscription deposit
Recurring coins follow the subscription anniversary each month. An annual subscription still receives monthly deposits, rather than the whole year's future allocations at once. Compare the start date and account history if you expect a deposit.
Active subscribers can purchase additional coins. Check the package and account receiving it before paying. A package does not replace an active subscription for tools that require membership. See purchase checks if the transaction completed without the expected balance.
Separate rewards from purchased balance
A referral can qualify for a reward under its own conditions. A plan bonus and a discount on the payment are different benefits. There is no fixed free-coin amount attached to every code you may find elsewhere.
Read the offer conditions on the intended account. Keep a record of the qualifying action if a reward is missing, but never share your login to have another person add coins.
Check a failed generation before repeating it
If an error says Refunded, compare the balance and transaction history with the action time. Keep the notice if the expected credit has not returned and send it to support. An action credit restores allowance; it is not the same process as refunding a card payment.
Before closing an account, review what happens to unused coins. Cancelling renewal and permanent deletion have different consequences.
